I aim to help clients develop and apply tools to decrease distress related to:

  • Anxiety disorders (including Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety)
  • Mood disorders (including Persistent Depressive Disorder/Dysthymia, Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder)
  • Trauma-related reactions and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder
