I aim to help clients develop and apply tools to decrease distress related to:
- Anxiety disorders (including Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety)
- Mood disorders (including Persistent Depressive Disorder/Dysthymia, Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder)
- Trauma-related reactions and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder
Clients may also benefit from therapy if they struggle with:
